Shubhodip is a legal professional based in the Netherlands, currently working as an in-house legal counsel. He brings over four years of experience advising on technology law, data protection & privacy, corporate advisory, and contract law across a range of sectors.
He is a graduate from Tilburg University with an LL.M. in Law & Technology (specializing in Privacy & Cybersecurity), where his research focused on data protection, cybersecurity, and AI Governance. His thesis particularly explored on whether current digital law frameworks adequately address with voice deepfakes and voice cloning.
He is particularly passionate about making complex legal and compliance issues accessible in today’s rapidly changing digital environment.
