Estefanía is a Senior Legal Counsel at Nutanix with over 10 years of international legal experience in both law firms and in-house roles. She specializes in corporate governance, compliance, IP/marketing, tech law/innovation, and cross-border legal structuring.
Currently, she is a key member of the AI Governance team at Nutanix, where she is responsible for driving enterprise alignment with the EU AI Act. She co-developed the company’s foundational AI Governance program, including its AI Policy, Operating Framework, and Standards, as well as a company-wide AI Literacy Training that educates employees on AI risks and legal responsibilities.
Holding an LL.M. in Law and Technology, Estefanía is curious about tech and how to make complex regulatory requirements work in a constantly changing world for multinational organizations.
