Qibin is an Associate Director at Coleman Street Chambers LLC who specialises in commercial dispute resolution and corporate advisory work.
With an extensive experience representing clients across the State Courts and the Supreme Court of Singapore, Qibin regularly acts for clients in complex disputes, including asset recovery, building and construction, contract and investment matters, criminal defence, employment law, insolvency, and intellectual property law.
In addition to his active litigation practice, Qibin has also acted for clients as counsel in arbitrations governed by major institutional rules such as those of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Beyond his legal practice, Qibin has been appointed by The Law Society of Singapore to serve on the Generative AI Committee to address matters relating to Gen AI.
