He currently serves as Senior Vice President & Group Head – Legal at UFlex Limited, where he leads the organization’s legal, compliance, governance, and strategic risk functions across diverse business operations. An accomplished legal professional and Company Secretary, Sameet has held senior leadership positions with leading organizations including DCM Shriram Ltd., KPMG India, Schneider Electric India, and Hill & Associates, building a remarkable track record of advising businesses on complex legal, regulatory, and governance matters. His expertise encompasses corporate and commercial litigation, contract management, intellectual property rights, corporate governance, ESG and sustainability, enterprise risk management, data privacy, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, RBI and FEMA regulations, SEBI compliances, labour and industrial laws, internal investigations, due diligence, and corporate secretarial governance.
