Stewart Levitt is a lawyer, political commentor and writer. He has practised law for almost half a
century and has been the Managing Partner of Levitt Robinson Solicitors and Attorneys for over
40 years.
He has spearheaded successful class actions against banks, State and Federal governments and
the Police and ran the only successful class action mounted anywhere in the world, against 7-
Eleven.
Stewart Levitt advocates for small business, indigenous rights and consumers. His litigation
experience extends to representing the successful party in an arbitration in South Africa
involving an international mining contract; managing insolvent restructuring in the State of
Hawaii; and obtaining injunctive relief in Papua New Guinea.
Stewart writes frequently on matters of public and international interest and is a published poet.
