Lily Ann Twui Siang Tsen is the Group General Counsel for StorHub and a Partner with HM Strategy, with 20 years’ experience advising on complex legal, regulatory, compliance and governance matters across Asia Pacific. As a former biomedical scientist and corporate M&A and capital markets lawyer, Lily brings a multidisciplinary perspective to legal leadership, risk management and business strategy. She previously served as General Counsel, Asia Pacific at Amcor, supporting regional growth, strategic transactions, manufacturing and footprint optimisation, and major commercial negotiations across the region. Lily is also a Director of the Association of Corporate Counsel Singapore and is active in advancing the in-house legal profession through thought leadership, mentorship and industry engagement. She is a six-time Legal 500 Southeast Asia GC Powerlist awardee. Lily’s work focuses on helping organisations embed practical, business-aligned governance, risk and compliance frameworks into legal strategy and decision-making across complex operating environments.
