Emmanuel Kofi Darko, Esq. is a seasoned Ghanaian legal practitioner and
corporate governance expert with over nine years of experience in commercial
litigation and corporate advisory.
As Founding Partner of Primo Law Chambers, he leads a corporate-focused
practice delivering high-impact legal solutions to local and international clients,
anchored on professionalism, ethics, and transparency.
As a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Emmanuel has
appeared before all levels of the Ghanaian judiciary, including the Supreme
Court, and has successfully handled over 300 cases, including commercial
arbitrations and pro bono matters.
He previously played a key mentoring role at Kulendi@Law and currently serves
as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Board Secretary at GIHOC
Distilleries Company Limited, where he manages regulatory compliance,
corporate governance, and complex litigation.
Emmanuel holds a BA in English and Philosophy (University of Ghana, 2006)
and an LLB (University of Ghana Faculty of Law, 2014). He was called to the
Ghana Bar in 2016. His unique blend of courtroom advocacy, in-house
governance experience, and deep expertise in anti-corruption compliance equips
him with practical insight into liability, regulatory, and ethical challenges in
emerging technologies.
