Pranav is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore. He is the Deputy Head of PDLegal’s India Desk and a key member of the firm’s International Arbitration practice. He is dual-qualified and admitted to practice in India (2019) and the State of New York (2024; non-practicing). He is also registered as a foreign lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court with full registration. Pranav’s practice focuses on complex commercial and cross-border disputes, international arbitration, and strategic advisory work. He has particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional, high-value disputes involving joint ventures, shareholder disputes, dry shipping, and financial transactions. He also maintains an interest in industry sectors such as technology and telecommunications, aviation and defence, and oil and natural gas. He has appeared in arbitrations under a wide range of institutional and ad hoc arbitration, including the rules of SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, LMAA and SCMA
