Alina is an attorney qualified in Ukraine and an in-house Legal Counsel with professional experience in the legal field since 2018. She currently works for an international marketing company, advising on commercial contracts, cross-border agreements, legal and commercial risk assessment, compliance matters, and the resolution of complex business issues.
Her role includes negotiating agreements with international partners, supporting day-to-day business operations, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and helping the company make commercially sound decisions while maintaining appropriate legal protection.
Alina is also actively involved in introducing AI-supported automation into legal workflows, including contract review, document preparation, internal processes, and Legal Operations. She is particularly interested in the responsible and practical use of artificial intelligence within in-house legal teams.
Her approach is practical and business-oriented. She focuses on translating complex legal matters into clear, workable solutions that support operational efficiency, responsible innovation, and sustainable international business growth.
