Kenneth is the Senior Privacy Counsel and Asia-Pacific Privacy Leader at GE HealthCare (GEHC), where he advises on privacy, data protection, and AI governance. Before joining GEHC, he held roles at several Fortune 500 companies, including Singapore Airlines, Deutsche Bank, General Electric, and Aon. He brings extensive expertise in AI governance, cross-border data transfers, and emerging privacy laws and has engaged with regional data protection regulators. Kenneth is a Barrister-at-Law (England & Wales) and an Advocate & Solicitor (Singapore). He is a Fellow of Information Privacy and holds multiple certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified AI Governance Professional, CIPP/A, CIPP/E, and CIPM. He is also a founding member of the Asia Data Protection Officers, a registered Singapore society.
