Debbie is a Data Privacy & AI Governance Manager at Deel, where she leads privacy and AI governance initiatives across the APAC region.
She brings diverse experience across both public and private sectors, having advised multinational corporations and financial institutions on data privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy. Her early career includes exposure to the US government and the European Union.
At Deel, she oversees key areas including data subject rights, breach response, AI governance implementation, and cross-border data transfers across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to her corporate role, Debbie is a mentor with the NUS Women in Business programme and an active content creator.
