Michelle Lindholm is a Swiss-qualified attorney specializing in litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience representing both corporate and private clients in complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including proceedings before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
She has practiced in the leading litigation and arbitration teams of top-tier Swiss and international law firms and previously served as a law clerk at the District Court of Meilen. In that role, she gained deep procedural insight by drafting judgments and managing court proceedings. In addition to her work as counsel, Michelle also acts as an arbitrator in arbitral proceedings.
She holds law degrees from the University of Basel (BLaw, MLaw) and the University of Cambridge (LL.M.), as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Arbitration. She is also an Arbitration Practitioner (ArbP). Actively engaged in the international legal community, Michelle currently serves as Vice President of AIJA’s Litigation Commission.
