Dr. Hamed Al-Kandary possesses extensive expertise in corporate legal
consultancy, with over 13 years of professional experience. His expertise
encompasses legal affairs in the medical sector and the retail sector, in
addition to extensive experience in corporate compliance and regulatory
adherence, Capital Market Regulations, as well as serving as a corporate board
secretary.
Furthermore, he is well-versed in preventive insolvency measures,
corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy law. Prior to founding the Group,
Dr. Hamed held several prestigious leadership positions, including serving
as a board secretary and heading the legal and regulatory compliance
departments for multiple companies operating in Kuwait, KSA, UAE, and
Oman.
Dr. Hamed is a licensed attorney authorized to plead before the
Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. He is also a certified
arbitrator accredited by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry
and the Kuwait Lawyers Association.
