Sustainable Finance, with over 24 years of leadership across public and private sectors. She
serves as a Corporate Governance Consultant at the IFC/World Bank Group, advising boards,
regulators, and financial institutions on governance reform, ESG integration, internal audit,
internal control and risk management frameworks that enhance institutional resilience and
transparency.
As Founder and Group CEO of her international governance and ESG consulting firm, she leads
strategic projects across financial services, energy, retail, family businesses, and state-owned
