Rieneke Reijnen is a litigation lawyer based in Amsterdam with broad
experience in high-stakes corporate and commercial disputes. She
advises and represents clients in complex matters involving fraud,
directors’ and prospectus liability, post-M&A conflicts, tort, and breach of
contract. Combining in-depth knowledge of Dutch civil procedure with
sharp strategic insight, she helps clients navigate legal and reputational
risks. Rieneke also has substantial expertise in private international law,
particularly in cross-border jurisdiction and choice of law issues. She is a
contributor to RBP, Kluwer’s journal on Dutch civil procedure, and writes
for COBE, an online legal publication focused on corporate litigation,
directors’ liability and inquiry proceedings. Rieneke also serves on the
editorial board of PO Online, a Dutch provider of continuing legal
education for lawyers.
