Dai Wai is a managing director at Parabellum Capital, where he leads the firm’s commercial disputes investment strategy. He is ranked Band 1 by Chambers for litigation funding and is one of Leaders League’s eight global industry leaders. Dai Wai also manages Parabellum’s public policy initiatives. He has testified on behalf of the commercial litigation funding industry before multiple legislative, regulatory, and administrative bodies. Prior to joining Parabellum, Dai Wai was a litigation partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He received his A.B. from Georgetown University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
