Lionel Messi Energy Drink Spat Voluntarily Dismissed

By Editorial Team

A recent legal dispute between a beverage company associated with the White Claw hard seltzer brand and an energy drink company co-owned by internet personalities Logan Paul and Olajide “KSI” Olatunji has been voluntarily dismissed. The suit, which involved a declaration of noninfringement and counterclaims alleging trade dress copying, has been resolved amicably.

The parties involved in the case have mutually agreed to drop the lawsuit, bringing an end to the legal battle. The details of the settlement and the terms agreed upon have not been disclosed to the public.

The legal matter was being handled in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Law firms involved in the case included Debevoise & Plimpton, Greenberg Traurig, and Schwartz White.

While the specifics of the dispute remain confidential following the voluntary dismissal, it is clear that both parties have reached a resolution outside of court. This development marks the conclusion of the legal proceedings related to the conflict between the two companies.
