Nils de Wolff is an international arbitration lawyer and commercial litigator with extensive experience in complex, high-value disputes across London and the Middle East. He has practiced at leading international and US law firms in London and Dubai and is Counsel in the disputes practice at Greenberg Traurig.
Nils has particular expertise in civil fraud and in M&A, shareholder and joint venture, franchise, and property development disputes. He has rights of audience before the UAE’s financial centre courts and has acted on some of the most complex and high-profile matters in the region.
His recent experience includes representing a UAE-listed company in a major cross-border fraud case involving over 15 parties; advising a US multi-national on the strategic termination and closure of over 200 franchise stores across the Middle East; and acting for a Saudi-listed company in a high-stakes joint venture dispute in Eastern Europe.
