Mr. Tshiki completed his LLB Degree at the University of Fort Hare, in 2011, he joined the Department of Public Works as a junior Legal Advisor. In 2012, he was admitted as Attorney of the High Court and he has practiced as an Attorney for 13 years.
In 2014 he was awarded a Mandela scholarship to study his masters in the United Kingdom. In 2015, Mr Tshiki founded Tshiki & Associates Attorneys Inc, a private practice focusing in various areas of law.
The firm has trained more than (100) hundred law graduates and established three branches across the country and has been awarded various awards in law and justice in the SME category.
Mr Tshiki completed his LLM in International Corporate Law, at the University of Sussex, UK with (cum laude). He is a certified Legal Advisor trained in Bulgaria, Primorsko, Burgas University.
Mr. Tshiki has worked as a Public Interest Lawyer both private and public institutions. In 2017, he was selected to be a Mandela Washington Fellow participating in Public Management Leadership in Wisconsin University, United States of America.
During 2017, he was named one of the top 200 young South African , Mail and Guardian , on Law and Justice. In 2025, Mr Tshiki completed his LLM in Competition and Regulation Law:
Mr Tshiki’s interest ranges from running half marathons, mentoring young graduates and teaching law in various law schools and engaging on current affairs affecting youth and marginalised.
