Jennifer Ong is the Chief Legal Officer, Group General Counsel, and Executive Board Director at FLS Group, a leading integrated specialised logistics provider headquartered in Singapore with operations spanning Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. In this role, she oversees the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a business that delivers tailor-made project logistics, heavy-lift transportation, warehousing, and cross-border supply chain solutions to multinational clients across the automotive, energy, chemicals, food, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Prior to FLS Group, Jennifer served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Legend Group, a DP World company and one of Asia’s most diversified integrated specialised logistics providers. There she led the legal and compliance function across the group’s global operations, covering bulk liquid logistics, container shipping, regional feeder services, heavy haulage, and freight management. Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent over seven years at Food Empire Holdings, a publicly listed multinational food and beverage company, rising to Senior Legal Counsel. In this role she provided strategic legal support across multiple business units, managed cross-border commercial transactions, and handled dispute resolution and litigation matters. Jennifer brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory risk management, and international commercial transactions, with particular focus on the practical legal challenges of operating complex, multi-jurisdictional supply chains.
