As Legal Director, I lead the legal function for the company, delivering strategic, commercially focused legal support across all regional operations. I act as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board, enabling business growth while proactively managing legal, regulatory, and commercial risk.
I oversee a lean, high-performing legal team, ensuring effective prioritisation, quality delivery, and continuous development in line with the company’s expanding footprint and operational complexity.
My role spans legal advisory, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and governance. I lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and joint ventures, including due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiations, and post-completion integration. I am responsible for corporate governance and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing board processes, statutory obligations, and company secretarial matters.
I also manage complex commercial contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution, and lead intellectual property strategy and brand protection across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Through legal automation initiatives such as SpotDraft, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement, I strengthen governance, efficiency, and long-term business resilience.
