With over 15 years of experience, Sachka is a seasoned employment lawyer with a unique blend of in-house and law firm experience. Sachka brings extensive international experience, having previously practiced employment law at leading international firms in Berlin and New York. She advises clients on all aspects of employment and labor law in both national and international contexts, with a particular expertise in Global Mobility matters as well as global restructuring projects. Another focus of hers is the optimization of HR processes in the context of compliance requirements alongside the use of IT-based solutions. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Sachka served as Global Head of Employment Law at Delivery Hero Group for nearly three years, where she oversaw employment matters both at the headquarters and globally for the Delivery Hero Group companies.
