Anamika Sharma is an Indian-qualified Advocate with over eight years of
professional experience spanning India and the United Arab Emirates. She is
the Founder & Managing Director of Juris & Juris Legal Consultancy, UAE.
Her expertise lies in strategic litigation, corporate advisory, and compliance
management for international businesses operating across multiple
jurisdictions. She is rendering her services to 50+ clients located within
United Arab Emirates.
Throughout her career, Anamika has worked extensively with clients in the
hospitality, automotive, e-commerce, and real estate sectors, advising on
complex legal challenges and high-stakes disputes. Her diverse practice
covers corporate structuring, commercial contracts, employment law, rental
and civil litigation, and regulatory compliance before key UAE authorities
including MOHRE, DTCM, RTA, and Dubai Courts. Before her tenure in the
UAE, she served as a Senior Associate at Juris & Juris in India, where she
handled litigation before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and
specialized tribunals such as NCLT and NCDRC.
Her professional philosophy emphasizes transforming legal risk into strategic
advantage. She believes that in today’s interconnected world, litigation must
evolve from a reactive process into a proactive strategy that anticipates
disputes before they arise. Her approach integrates preventive legal design,
strong compliance frameworks, and adaptive contractual drafting to mitigate
cross-border exposure. This vision is reflected in her leadership work—
developing in-house legal policies, negotiating complex commercial
arrangements, and aligning business operations with both local and
international regulatory frameworks.
As a speaker, Anamika brings both courtroom experience and boardroom
insight. Her sessions combine academic depth with practical relevance,
offering audiences a clear understanding of how to navigate global legal risks
with confidence and foresight. She represents the new generation of lawyers
who see law not merely as a mechanism of control, but as a framework for
sustainable and ethical business growth.
Today, she continues to guide international enterprises in aligning their
strategies with evolving global legal standards—bridging the gap between
legal compliance and business ambition.
