Fahad Shaikh is a Director in KPMG Middle East’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Services, with over 13 years of experience advising leading organizations on corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance. He has successfully led and delivered large-scale GRC transformation projects across the KSA public sector, government-owned entities, listed companies, diversified business groups, and financial services.
Fahad’s expertise spans designing and implementing GRC frameworks, strategies, operating models, and reporting structures in alignment with leading practices and regulatory requirements. He has also developed and delivered customized GRC training programs and leadership workshops to strengthen GRC culture and awareness.
A Fellow of ACCA (U.K.), Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), and Certified Internal Auditor (IIA, U.S.A.), Fahad is recognized for his work with Boards, Committees, and Executive Management in building resilient governance structures, enhancing decision-making, and driving risk and compliance excellence.
