Carlo is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of international experience in risk management, business continuity, and information security across Europe and the Middle East. He currently serves as Head of Risk & Business Continuity at Abu Dhabi Airports Company, where he leads enterprise-wide frameworks to enhance operational resilience and ensure continuity across critical airport operations. Carlo has played a key role in embedding a strong risk awareness culture within the organization. A member of the BCI UAE Chapter Committee, he was recognized as “Continuity and Resilience Industry Personality of the Year 2019” by BCI Middle East. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA.
