Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto joined SSEK in 2011 and his practice covers a wide array of commercial
legal matters and both inbound and outbound work. Nico’s practice area includes disputes resolution
and commercial arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, construction as well as assistance with
internal corporate investigations. Nico has advised and represented multinational corporations,
including Microsoft, PepsiCo, General Electric, Rolls-Royce, General Motors, Nissan, Boeing, FedEx,
and IBM. His notable cases include acting for creditors in one of the largest and most complex
insolvency proceedings in Indonesian history, representing a foreign contractor in a substantial and
complex construction arbitration worth more than USD 100 million, and acting for multinational
clients with various exits and disposal of their Indonesian assets. In his more recent mandates, he
represented a world-class aircraft engine manufacturer against a leading airline company in a
landmark complex and lengthy court-supervised mediation.
