Nawal Oulad Abdelkrim began her career as an attorney, with expertise in private law matters. In this role she advised and represented clients on complex legal issues, gaining a strong foundation in counseling, negotiation, and litigation. After several years in private practice, she deliberately chose to transition into the corporate sector.
She is currently employed as corporate legal counsel at SIF Netherlands B.V., a leading manufacturer of offshore wind foundation structures. In this capacity she is responsible for setting up and improving legal processes, drafting and negotiating contracts, and overseeing corporate housekeeping. By combining her legal expertise with the strategic and operational challenges of an international organization, she contributes to the company’s role in the energy sector, where sustainability and innovation are key drivers.
Alongside her professional career, Nawal launched the podcast Het Verhaal, Onze Inspiratie (“The Story of Our Inspiration”), sharing personal and professional journeys to inspire others. She balances her professional ambitions with her role as a mother, valuing growth, connection, and resilience.
