Ilse is an Intellectual Property Counsel at the Corporate Intellectual Property Department
(CIP) at ASML. CIP’s mission is to maximize the value of ASML’s IP so the company
maintains its technological freedom to operate and market share. In her daily practice Ilse
deals with contract negotiations, licensing, and counselling regarding Intellectual property
matters arising out of ASML’s dealings external parties like suppliers, research institutes,
universities, and government bodies. Ilse has a collaborative approach to complex
intellectual property rights issues and commits to supporting innovation and collaboration
within the tech community. Prior to joining ASML, Ilse worked at private practice
representing clients in the SME branch in the areas of technology, e-commerce, and
corporate law.
