In 2015, I started my career in project management at an engineering consultancy, where I gained a foundation in managing technical (real estate) projects and support cross-functional teams. Driven by a curiosity for long-term impact, I transitioned into European and global strategy roles, focusing on digitalization and sustainability. This shift allowed me to work on transformative initiatives that bridged technology, environmental responsibility in relation to the global services and solutions of the company.
Building on this expertise, I joined the strategy team of a leading industrial distributor, where I spent three years advancing data management practices and later served as Sustainability Director. In this role, I coordinated company-wide sustainability efforts across strategy, EU legislation, customer expectations, and internal emission reduction programs, ensuring alignment with both regulatory and market demands.
Most recently, I started a new chapter at SBR Nexus dedicated to coordinate standardizing ESG metrics for the financial sector in the Netherlands, driving efficiency, reliability and comparability in the data exchange across these organizations.
