World Lawyers Forum Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Agreement (Optional)
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the World Lawyers Forum Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below (“Terms of Service”).
World Lawyers Forum reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Any new features or tools that enhance the Program will be subject to these terms. Your continued use of the Program after any changes will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
Violating any of these terms will lead to the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments accrued during the violation. Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk.
Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Affiliates must reside in the World Wide.
- Account registration must be completed by a human; automated accounts are not allowed.
- Provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other necessary information during signup.
- Account logins are intended for use by a single individual; sharing an account is not permitted.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. World Lawyers Forum will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to secure your account.
- You are accountable for all content and activity under your account.
- Only one account per individual or entity is allowed.
- The Affiliate Program cannot be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Compliance with local laws, including copyright laws, is mandatory.
- Affiliates cannot use the Program to earn commissions on their own World Lawyers Forum product accounts.
Links and Graphics Usage
- Upon joining the Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code.
- You may use links, banners, or other graphics provided by World Lawyers Forum with your Affiliate Code in your communications.
- World Lawyers Forum will supply you with approved link formats and graphics. We may update these graphics without prior notice but will ensure dimensions remain unchanged unless communicated.
- For accurate tracking and commission accrual, all affiliate links must utilize our Special Link formats. We are not liable for tracking errors due to incorrect use of Affiliate Codes or Special Links.
- Affiliate links should direct visitors to the appropriate product page on the World Lawyers Forum website.
Referral Fees and Payments
- Sales are eligible for referral fees only if a customer completes a purchase through a Special Link tracked by our systems.
- Commissions are paid only on transactions automatically recorded and reported by our system. We cannot issue commissions retroactively for untracked sales or manually entered referral codes.
- We reserve the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive marketing tactics.
- Payments are issued once your affiliate earnings exceed $20. If this threshold is not reached, commissions will carry over until the next month.
Affiliate Identification and Conduct
- Affiliates may not issue press releases regarding their participation without prior approval. Misrepresenting or embellishing your relationship with World Lawyers Forum is strictly prohibited.
- You may not claim to develop our products or imply any partnership beyond what is explicitly stated in this Agreement.
- Purchasing products through your affiliate links for personal use is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions.
Payment Schedule
- Payments are made monthly, provided that your earnings exceed $20. If this threshold is not met, payment will be deferred until it is reached.
Customer Definition
- Customers who purchase products through this Program are deemed World Lawyers Forum customers. Our policies, pricing, and terms apply to these customers.
- Product prices and availability may change, and we make no guarantees regarding product details displayed on affiliate sites.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate your site and ensure that all content complies with relevant laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Ensure that Special Links are displayed correctly and do not violate agreements with third-party hosts.
- Disclose your affiliate status transparently and explain how you collect, use, and store visitor data, in accordance with applicable laws.
Compliance with Laws
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other anti-spam laws.
Agreement Term and Termination
- The Agreement starts upon our acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all World Lawyers Forum materials and links must be removed from your site.
- World Lawyers Forum reserves the right to terminate the Program and will pay any outstanding earnings above $20 at the time of termination.
Termination Rights
- World Lawyers Forum reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion. This may occur if terms are violated, or questionable marketing methods are used. Termination will result in the loss of any pending commissions earned through improper means.
Relationship of Parties
- You and World Lawyers Forum are independent contractors. This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.
- Our liability is limited to the total referral fees paid or payable under this Agreement.
Disclaimers and Arbitration
- We provide no warranties for the Program and are not responsible for service interruptions.
- Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules.
Miscellaneous
- This Agreement is governed by U.S. laws and cannot be assigned without our written consent.
- Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- The Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
