Justices Urged To Restore $181M Verdict Against AT&T, Nokia

Finesse Wireless LLC is seeking to challenge the ruling that overturned the significant verdict in its favor against AT&T and Nokia. The company contends that the Federal Circuit’s decision is emblematic of a larger issue where jury decisions are not being respected.
The case involves patents 7,346,134 and 9,548,775 related to radio receivers and mitigation of transmitter passive and active intermodulation products. The lawsuit was initially filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
