A distribution company has voluntarily dismissed a lawsuit alleging that The Kraft Heinz Co. stole confidential information by having one of its executives in the Netherlands download a database in violation of a licensing agreement.

The suit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, has been dropped by the distribution company. The case involved allegations of intellectual property theft and breach of contract against Kraft Heinz.

The lawsuit was being handled by law firms including Bondurant Mixson, Clayton McKay & Bailey, and James & Carter. The presiding judge for the case was Leigh M. May.
