Will you have the same speakers as previous WLF events?
Some speakers from our past events have expressed interest in returning. We will also introduce new headliners and fresh content to keep the program relevant and engaging.
Travel & Accommodation
Do I need a visa to attend?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Contact WLF team at mail@worldlawyersforum.org, they will help you with the visa letter if required.
Can you send me an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes, once your ticket is purchased, email us at mail@worldlawyersforum.org for an invitation letter.
What if my visa gets denied?
If your visa is denied and you applied at least 45 days before the event, we can transfer your ticket to another WLF event within 12 months, provided you show proof of visa denial.
Attendee Tickets
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be reassigned up to four weeks before the event by notifying us at mail@worldlawyersforum.org.
What if travel restrictions prevent me from attending?
You may reassign your ticket or request a credit up to two weeks before the event, given appropriate evidence of travel restrictions.
Do you offer one-day passes?
No, tickets are only available for the full two-day conference.
Can I assign attendee names after purchasing tickets?
Yes, you can purchase tickets now and assign attendee names later by emailing us.
Can tickets be shared among different attendees?
No, each ticket is personal and cannot be shared between days or attendees.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Unfortunately, refunds are not provided as per our terms and conditions.
